in an effort to protect the privacy of each of its users. Please read the following

What this Privacy Policy Covers
- This policy covers how TheOnlyGood.com treats personal information that TheOnlyGood.com collects
and receives, including information related to your past use of TheOnlyGood.com products
and services. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable
like your name, address, e-mail address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise
publicly available.
- This policy also covers TheOnlyGood.com's treatment of any personally identifiable information
that TheOnlyGood.com's business partners share with Snowblob.
- This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that TheOnlyGood.com does not own
or control, or to people that TheOnlyGood.com does not employ or manage.
Information Collection and Use
General
- TheOnlyGood.com collects personally identifiable information when you register for a Snowblob
account, when you use TheOnlyGood.com products or services, when you visit TheOnlyGood.com pages
and when you enter promotions or sweepstakes. TheOnlyGood.com may also receive personally
identifiable information from our business partners or other companies.
- When you register with TheOnlyGood.com, we ask for your name, mailing address, e-mail address,
birth date, general demographic information and information relevant to the Life
Experience Guides for which you are registering. For some financial products and
services we may also ask for information about your assets and expenditures. Once
you register with TheOnlyGood.com and sign in to our products and services, you are no
longer anonymous to us.
- TheOnlyGood.com also automatically receives and records information on our server logs from
your browser including your IP address, TheOnlyGood.com cookie information and the page
you requested.
- TheOnlyGood.com uses information for the following general purposes: to customize the advertising
and content you see, fulfill your requests for products and services, improve our
services, contact you, conduct research and provide anonymous reporting for internal
and external clients.
TheOnlyGood.com Personal Information Manager (PIM)
- The TheOnlyGood.com Personal Information Manager (PIM) is an online calendar, contact manager
and financial planning assistant.
- In order to use the TheOnlyGood.com PIM, you must be a registered TheOnlyGood.com user.
- TheOnlyGood.com allows you to enter information into your PIM and stores that information
on your behalf.
- CALENDAR: You can enter as much or as little information about the appointment as
you wish, including a description, date, time, or whether the event is recurring
or one-time only.
- CONTACTS: You can use the address book to store all your contact information about
individuals and companies.
- FINANCE: You can use the finance module to track your income and expenses.
- TheOnlyGood.com does not use any information stored in your TheOnlyGood.com Calendar, Contacts or
Finance section for any marketing or commercial purpose.
- BUDGET WIZARD: The TheOnlyGood.com Budget Wizard will ask you a few simple questions and
then it will provide you a list of suggested expenses. You can use this information
to create your personal budget. TheOnlyGood.com may share aggregate or summary information
entered into the wizard with partners, advertisers, and other third parties.
- When you use the TheOnlyGood.com PIM, you are subject to the TheOnlyGood.com Terms of Service.
TheOnlyGood.com Scrapbook (photos)
- TheOnlyGood.com Scrapbook gives you an easy way to put photos and other information online
and share them with friends and family. In order to use the TheOnlyGood.com Scrapbook,
you must be a registered TheOnlyGood.com user.
- You can specify the level of accessibility of your TheOnlyGood.com Scrapbook. You can choose
to allow your friends and family to view your scrapbook, or you can choose to keep
your scrapbook private. If you choose to keep your scrapbook private, you will only
be able to access your scrapbook by providing your TheOnlyGood.com username and password.
- Items in your scrapbook are stored on your behalf by Snowblob. TheOnlyGood.com does not use
any information stored in your scrapbook for any marketing purposes that are not
authorized by you.
- When you use the TheOnlyGood.com scrapbook, you are subject to the TheOnlyGood.com Terms of Service.
Children's Information
- Please note that TheOnlyGood.com's services are not available for children under the age
of 13.
- TheOnlyGood.com recommends that if you are providing information on behalf of a child, you
first obtain the permission of that child's parent or guardian to provide any such
information and that you use the parent's or guardian's e-mail address during registration.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
- TheOnlyGood.com does not rent, sell or share personal information about you with other people
or non-affiliated companies except to provide products or services you've requested,
when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:
- We respond to subpoenas, court orders or legal process, or to establish or exercise
our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
- We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent,
or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving
potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of TheOnlyGood.com's
terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.
- If TheOnlyGood.com is acquired by or merged with another company, we may transfer information
about you. In this event, TheOnlyGood.com will notify you before information about you
is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
- TheOnlyGood.com displays targeted advertisements based on personal information. Advertisers
(including ad serving companies) may assume that people who interact with, view
or click on targeted ads meet the targeting criteria - for example, women ages 25-30
who are getting married in the next month.
- TheOnlyGood.com does not provide any personal information to the advertiser when you interact
with or view a targeted ad. However, by interacting with or viewing an ad you are
consenting to the possibility that the advertiser will make the assumption that
you meet the targeting criteria used to display the ad.
- TheOnlyGood.com may share aggregate or summary information regarding its customers with partners,
advertisers, and other third parties.
- TheOnlyGood.com will not share individual customer information with any partners, advertisers
or other third parties, for any reason, without explicit permission from the customer
or in accordance with the Co-Branding partnership outlined below.
- Certain information, such as credit card numbers and expiration dates, is never disclosed
to marketing advertisers.
Network Advertisers Third-Party Ad Servers
Use of Third-Party Ad Servers
- TheOnlyGood.com sends to your Web browser most of the advertisements you see when you use
the TheOnlyGood.com Web site. However, we may also allow other companies, called third-party
ad servers or ad networks, to serve advertisements within our Web pages.
- Because your Web browser must request these advertising banners from the ad network
Web site, these companies can send their own cookies to your cookie file, just as
if you had requested a Web page from the site.
- Please note that if an advertiser asks TheOnlyGood.com to show an advertisement to a certain
audience (for example, people getting married in the next month) and you respond
to that ad, the advertiser or ad-server may conclude that you fit the description
of the audience they are trying to reach.
Opting Out of Third-Party Ad Servers
- If you want to prevent a third-party ad server from sending and reading cookies on
your computer, currently you must visit each ad network's Web site individually
and opt out (if they offer this capability).
- Currently, TheOnlyGood.com does not have any relationships with third-party ad networks.
Should TheOnlyGood.com enter into a relationship with a third-party ad network, this section
will be updated to include the name of the company and a link to contact the company.
Co-Branding Partnerships
- If you are signing up with TheOnlyGood.com from a co-branded partner Web site, TheOnlyGood.com may
share some of your personally identifiable information with that specific partner
in order to enhance your online experience and offer you unique, integrated services.
- This information may include any of the information that TheOnlyGood.com collects from you,
with the exception of credit card numbers and expiration dates.
- Any such third-party partner's use of your personal information shall be subject to
that party's privacy policies and other applicable policies, and we assume no responsibility
or liability for these third-party policies or their actions.
- If you wish to use TheOnlyGood.com products or services, but do not wish to share information
with a co-branding partner, then you may register with TheOnlyGood.com directly at www.TheOnlyGood.com.
Cookies
A cookie is a small amount of data, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier
that is sent to your browser from a Web site's computers and stored on your computer's
hard drive. This makes it more convenient for you by allowing you to visit pages
within your personal site without having to re-authenticate yourself (login) with
each mouse click.
TheOnlyGood.com's Practices Regarding Cookies
TheOnlyGood.com uses its own cookies for a number of purposes, including to:
- Access your information when you "sign in," so that we can provide you with customized
content on your personal Web site.
- Keep track of preferences you specify while you are using TheOnlyGood.com's services.
- Display the most appropriate advertising banners, based on your interests and activity
on Snowblob.
- Estimate and report our total audience size and traffic.
- Conduct research to improve TheOnlyGood.com's content and services.
Other Companies' Cookies on Snowblob
- Please note that TheOnlyGood.com allows other companies that are presenting advertisements
or researching users' response to advertisements on some of our pages to set and
access their cookies on your computer.
- Advertisers' and researchers' use of cookies is subject to their own privacy policies,
not the TheOnlyGood.com Privacy Policy.
Web Beacons
Web pages may contain electronic images (called a "single-pixel GIF" or "Web beacon")
that allow a Web site to count users who have visited that page or to access certain
cookies. TheOnlyGood.com uses Web beacons in the following ways:
- Within the TheOnlyGood.com Network - TheOnlyGood.com uses SPGs within the TheOnlyGood.com network
of Web sites in order to count users and to recognize registered users by accessing
TheOnlyGood.com cookies.
- HTML Mail - TheOnlyGood.com's practice is to include SPGs in HTML-formatted e-mail
messages (messages that include graphics) that TheOnlyGood.com itself sends in order to
count how many messages have been opened and whether a message was acted upon.
- Outside the TheOnlyGood.com Network - In general, any electronic image viewed as part
of a Web page, including an ad banner, can act as an SPG. Advertising networks that
serve ads onto TheOnlyGood.com may use SPGs in their advertisements. TheOnlyGood.com is not responsible
for any other SPGs than our own.
Your Ability to Edit and Delete Your Account Information and
Preferences
General
- We offer you the ability to automatically review and change the information you submit
to us by logging into the site and entering in the new information yourself. You
can change your e-mail address, contact information, and user preferences by going
to the 'Update My User Information' section in 'My Profile'. We ask that you promptly
update your information if it changes.
- New categories of marketing communications may be added to the Manage E-mail Subscriptions
page from time to time. Users who visit this page can opt out of receiving future
marketing communications from any or all categories or they can unsubscribe by following
instructions contained in the messages they receive.
- Certain communications from TheOnlyGood.com, such as service announcements and administrative
messages are considered part of TheOnlyGood.com's membership and you may not opt out of
receiving them.
- You can delete your TheOnlyGood.com account by going to the 'Delete Guides' section in 'My
Profile' and requesting to delete all registered Guides.
- Upon your request, we will deactivate your account from our active databases to prevent
your information from being shared. To make this request, e-mail advisors@TheOnlyGood.com. Such information will be deactivated
as soon as reasonably possible based on your account activity and in accordance
with our deactivation policy and applicable law.
- Please be aware that we will retain in our files information you have requested to
remove in some circumstances, such as to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems
and enforce our User Agreement. Further, such prior information is never completely
removed from our databases due to technical and legal constraints, including stored
"back-up" systems. Therefore, you should not expect that all of your personally
identifiable information will be completely removed from our databases in response
to your requests.
TheOnlyGood.com Personal Information Manager (PIM)
- You can edit or delete any contact information stored in your TheOnlyGood.com PIM at any
time.
TheOnlyGood.com Scrapbook (photos)
- You can edit any contact information stored in your TheOnlyGood.com Address Book at any time.
- You can delete individual photos, entire pages, or entire scrapbooks that you have
on TheOnlyGood.com by selecting the items that you wish to delete then clicking on the
delete link.
How do I remove myself from TheOnlyGood.com's mailing list?
- If you are registered for TheOnlyGood.com's service, you will receive e-mails from time to
time with informative messages about third-party products and services Snowblob
believes may be of interest to you.
- Should you decide you no longer want to receive these special offers, it is possible
to unsubscribe from these e-mails by clicking on the 'My Profile' link at the top
of each page of your personal site and selecting 'Manage E-mail Subscriptions'.
Security
- TheOnlyGood.com employs sophisticated security measures to safeguard the confidentiality
of your personal identifiable information, including firewalls and Secure Socket
Layers.
- TheOnlyGood.com limits access to personal information about you to employees who we believe
reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or
services to you or in order to do their jobs.
- TheOnlyGood.com treats data as an asset that must be protected against loss and unauthorized
access. Although we employ many different security techniques to protect such data
from unauthorized access by users inside and outside the company, "perfect security"
does not exist on the Internet.
- TheOnlyGood.com will use all reasonable efforts to safeguard the security of your personal
information. However, transmissions made by means of the Internet cannot be made
absolutely secure. TheOnlyGood.com assumes no liability for disclosure of data due to errors
in transmission or unauthorized third parties.
Third Party Policies
- Please note that we do not control the privacy policies of our advertisers and other
third-party sites to which we provide banner ads and links.
- If you click on a banner ad or link and submit your information to an advertiser or
other third-party, you will be subject to that party's own privacy policies. Snowblob
assumes no responsibility or liability for these third-party policies or the actions
of non-affiliated third parties.
TheOnlyGood.com Instant Messenger Policies
- TheOnlyGood.com Instant Messenger allows you to instant message with people all over the
world. In order to use TheOnlyGood.com Instant Messenger, you must be a registered Snowblob
user.
- Using TheOnlyGood.com Instant Messenger, you have the ability to post personally identifiable
information about yourself in a chat room.
- During your participation in a chat session, your TheOnlyGood.com username or alias that
you are chatting under is visible to other users. An alias consists of a name and
some information that you show in a profile to the people you have added to your
chat list.
- TheOnlyGood.com does not use any information submitted through TheOnlyGood.com Instant Messenger
for any marketing purposes.
- Please note that if you post personal information in TheOnlyGood.com's Instant Messenger,
and therefore make that personal information public, you may receive unsolicited
messages from other parties in return.
- Once you have posted a message using TheOnlyGood.com Instant Messenger, it is not possible
to edit or delete that message.
- When you use the TheOnlyGood.com Instant Messenger, you are subject to the TheOnlyGood.com Terms of Service.
TheOnlyGood.com LifeMail Policies
- TheOnlyGood.com LifeMail allows you to send an e-mail to people you have entered into the
Contacts section of your Personal Information Manager. In order to use LifeMail,
you must be a registered TheOnlyGood.com user.
- You have the ability to post personally identifiable information about yourself in
an e-mail while using LifeMail.
- TheOnlyGood.com does not sell or rent any information submitted through LifeMail for any
marketing purposes.
- Please note that if you post personal information in TheOnlyGood.com's Instant Messenger,
and therefore make that personal information public, you may receive unsolicited
messages from other parties in return.
- Once you have sent a message using LifeMail, it is not possible to edit or delete
that message.
- When you use the TheOnlyGood.com LifeMail, you are subject to the TheOnlyGood.com Terms of Service.
TheOnlyGood.com Tell-a-Friend Policies
- If you elect to use our referral service to inform a friend about our site, we ask
you for your friend's name and e-mail address. TheOnlyGood.com will automatically send
the friend up to three e-mails inviting them to visit the site.
- TheOnlyGood.com stores this information for the sole purpose of sending these invitations
and tracking the success of our referral program.
- Your friend may contact TheOnlyGood.com at
advisors@TheOnlyGood.com to request the removal of this information from our database.
Additional TheOnlyGood.com Policies
- Please be alert for terms of service applicable to the services for which you sign
up or participate in.
Acceptance of Privacy Policy
- By using TheOnlyGood.com's services, you signify your acceptance of this Privacy Policy.
- If you do not agree or are not comfortable with any policy described in this Privacy
Policy, your only remedy is to discontinue use of TheOnlyGood.com's services.
